We are looking for a highly motivated

Claims Handler (H&M/P&I) (m/f/d)

for our office in Hamburg who wants to expand our team.

We are pleased to offer you a position with challenging and interesting tasks. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Claims handling and processing
  • Protect the interests of policyholders, their supervision and coordination
  • Correspondence with the customer regarding service provider, insurers etc.
  • Creating claims statistics for the broking team
  • Responsible to track and collect claims
  • Recourse and enforcement of insurance claims against national and international insurers
  • Processing of claims in the in-house broker software

THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS ARE IMPORTANT TO US:

  • Industry-related professional experience, preferably with an insurance broker or insurer, is desirable
  • You are familiar with the MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • You have a very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
  • You enjoy organizational tasks and working in a team
  • Due to your personality, you are able to work independently, and you are not afraid to give your own impulses and make your own decisions
  • Technical knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential
